Cellular Cowboy Return Policy
At Cellular Cowboy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before initiating a return:
1. Return Period:
You may return any item purchased from Cellular Cowboy within 30 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
2. Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and any other included materials must be returned as well.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support Team: Before returning any item, you must first contact our Customer Support Team. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Properly Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all the original accessories and materials.
c. Include RMA Number: Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package to facilitate efficient processing.
4. Restocking Fee:
All returns not damaged and being returned due to buyer's remorse are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item and will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item back to Cellular Cowboy. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the package is delivered successfully.
6. Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
7. Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Items with obvious signs of wear and tear.
- Items that are missing parts or components.
- Items returned without a valid RMA number.
8. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our Customer Support Team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
9. Cancellation of Order:
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a standard return as outlined above.
Cellular Cowboy reserves the right to amend this return policy at its discretion. Any changes will be updated on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all future purchases.
